%X Thispaperisdevotedtoresearchingontheturndownlapelcollarofsuits.TheAT-stylepatterntechnologyandhighendmen′ssuitmanufacturecraftareadoptedtoinvestigatethepatternfactorsaffectingthelapelfitnessofsuits,therisingquantityofunderlineofthecollarstandthroughtheexperimentsoffittingthemannequin′snecktolapel.Analyticalcomparisonofthelapelfitnessisperformedintermsoffrontneckandbackneck,etc.Dataforevaluationoflapelfitnessiscollectedwiththebackneckpointasstartingpoint,therisingquantityasXaxis,andthedistancefromtheturn-overlinetothecentrallineofbackneckasYaxis.Thestudyshowedthatanon-linearquantitativerelationshipexistsbetweentherisingquantityofunderlineandthefitness.
