%X 纵观以往历史街区的复兴，其振兴与保护难免走向对立，但在华侨新村中两者却“自然而然”地走向统一，该文对其走向统一的过程进行深入解读．基于空间生产的理论，对广州华侨新村柔性自主复兴过程中的城市形态及社会结构变化进行了探析．以空间生产“三元一体”为语境，从房屋产权变更、消费需求和绅士化进程三方面说明空间实践的变更，并通过空间实践与空间表征的冲突展现资本第三重循环的作用过程．华侨新村通过其“表征空间”培育了居住需求与消费需求，“空间表征”通过改变建筑形态的方式，与“空间实践”实现统一，完成了空间再生产的自主复兴<br>： Thoughout the history of the historic quarters revitalization, promotion and protection which usually are incompatible, integrate naturally in the Overseas Chinese Village in Guangzhou. Therefore, the integration process is investigated as a paradigm.
