%T 腹腔镜与开腹胆囊切除患者术前心理状态的评估

%X 【】目的评估腹腔镜与开腹手术患者术前抑郁、焦虑的心理状况。方法2007年10月-2008年9月将收治的60例行胆囊术患者随机分为腹腔镜组与开腹组，各30例，术前1d使用抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表对患者的焦虑、抑郁水平进行评估。结果两组患者抑郁、焦虑水平均高于全国平均水平（常模）；开腹组术前抑郁、焦虑水平高于腹腔镜组但无统计学意义（P>0.05）。开腹组急诊手术患者抑郁水平高于择期手术（P0.05),andinemergencylaparocholecystectomythepatientshadthehigherdepressionlevelsthanelectiveoperation(P<0.05).Thepreoperativedepressionandanxietyscorewerehighinfemalethaninmaleinlaparocholecystectomy,whileinlaparoscopiccholecystectomyonlythedepressionleveloffemalewashigherthanthatofmale(P<0.05).Thepatientsundergoinglaparocholecystectomyinthedepressionstateconstitutednearly40.0%versus16.7%inlaparoscopiccholecystectomypatients,especiallyforsomefemales.ConclusionPhysiciansshouldpayattentiontopreoperativeactivecommunicationwithpatients,soastoeliminatetheconcernsofpatientsaboutsurgery,especiallythefemaleduringpreoperativeevaluation.？
