%0 Journal Article %T KineticStudyofCo-b-ZeoliteforSelectiveCatalyticReduction %A 毛树红 %A 王润平 %A 池永庆 %A 王艳 %A 张清华 %A 丛燕青 %J 过程工程学报 %D 2011 %X Theeffectsofgrainsize,spacevelocity,temperatureandreactantconcentrationonthekineticsofNOxreductionwithpropaneoverCo-b-zeolitecatalystwereinvestigated.Theexternalmasstransferphenomenonwasexaminedbyvaryingthespacevelocity.Theresultsshowthatthetransfercanbenegligiblewhenthespacevelocityisgreaterthan60000h-1inlowtemperaturerange.However,thetransferexistsathightemperaturesevenwhenthespacevelocityreachesahighlevel.Variationofthecatalystgrainsizefrom0.05to0.125mmdoesnotchangetheconversionrateofNOx.Theconcentrationsofcomponents,NOx,C3H8andO2,werealsoinvestigatedtohaveabetterunderstandingofmechanism.Basedontheexperimentaldata,theselectivityformulawasproposed.Theresultsshowsthatlowertemperatureishelpfultogethigherselectivityastheactivationenergyofhydrocarbonoxidation,Ea,2,isgreaterthanthatofNOxreduction,Ea,1,(Ea,2>Ea,1).HighNOxconcentrationandlowC3H8concentrationarebeneficialtohighselectivity.Howeverinordertomaintainhighactivitysimultaneously,thetemperatureandC3H8concentrationshouldbehighenoughtopromoteNOxreduction.10%(j)H2Oand75′10-6(j)SO2wereintroducedintothereactionsystem,andCo-b-zeoliteshowsstrongresistancetowaterandSO2. %K selectivecatalyticreduction %K NOx %K cobalt %K b-zeolite %K propane %K hydrocarbon %U http://www.jproeng.com/qikan/Cpaper/zhaiyao.asp?bsid=16186
