%X Coarseg-Al2O3powderwaspreparedthroughacidleaching,solid-liquidseparation,crystallizingandaluminumsulfatedecomposingprocessesusingcoalflyashandconcentratedsulfuricacidasrawmaterials.ThemetallurgylevelAl2O3canbeobtainedbydisposingcoarseg-Al2O3powderwithBayerprocess.Theoptimumconditionsofacidleachingprocessweredeterminedbyexperiments.TheextractionrateofAl2O3canbestabilizedatabout87%undertheseconditions.Thethermodynamicsandkineticsofsulfuricacidleachingprocesswerestudiedwithirreversiblethermodynamics.
