%0 Journal Article %T ExperimentalSimulationonChemical-loopingCombustionofColdModel %A HuseyinSozen %A 魏国强 %A 李海滨 %A 何方 %A 黄振 %J 过程工程学报 %D 2014 %X Thepressureprofiles,gasvelocities,solidcirculationrate,solidsflux,residencetimedistributionofgasandparticlesinchemical-loopingcombustionreactorsandgasleakagewerestudiedinacoldflowmodelunit.Andtheseparametersinbothairandfuelreactorsweremeasuredintheexperimentalstage.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatgasfluidizationvelocityintheairreactoris1.8m/s,gasfluidizationvelocityinthefuelreactor0.5m/s,andthebedmaterialsinventoryofthetworeactorsbetween1.2to3.15kg.Thefirstcoldflowmodelresultsshowthatthesolidcirculationratesaresufficient.Theappropriateoperatingconditionsareoptimizedandthesummaryoffinalchangesismadetheoncoldmodel.Theproposeddesignsolutionsarecurrentlybeingverifiedinacoldflowmodelsimulatingtheactualreactor(hot)system.Thispaperpresentsanoverviewoftheresearchperformedonacoldflowmodelandhighlightsthecurrentstatusofthetechnology. %K chemical-loopingcombustion %K coldflowmodel %K pressureprofile %K gasvelocity %K solidcirculationrate %U http://www.jproeng.com/qikan/Cpaper/zhaiyao.asp?bsid=17367
