%0 Journal Article %T StorageStabilityofAlpha-LipoicAcid-loadedLipidNanoparticles %A 唐金国 %A 夏强 %A 刘光煜 %J 过程工程学报 %D 2010 %X Alpha-lipoicacid-loadedlipidnanoparticles(ALA-LNs)werepreparedbyhighpressurehomogenizationmethod.TheinfluencesofstorageconditionssuchastimeandtemperatureonthephysicalandchemicalstoragestabilityofALA-LNswerestudiedindetails.Thestabilitywasevaluatedbyparticlesizeandpolydispersityindex,morphologyofALA-LNs,andcapacityofALAloading.ThedilutionandpHstabilityofALA-LNssuspensionswerealsostudied.Afterthreemonthsstorage,themeansizeofALA-LNsat4and40℃wasincreasedby2.68%and3.62%comparedwiththeoriginalsize,respectively.ALA-LNsstoredat40℃hadellipsoidshapeandthemeansizewasabout152nm(SD=23.6).TheloadingcapacityofALAat40℃wasmuchhigherthanthosestoredatothertwotemperatures.ThegooddilutionandpHstabilitywerealsodemonstrated.Thesamplehadgoodfluidityevenat4℃. %K alpha-lipoicacid %K lipidnanoparticles %K storagestability %K particlesize %K particlemorphology %U http://www.jproeng.com/qikan/Cpaper/zhaiyao.asp?bsid=15432
