%0 Journal Article %T AntibacterialPropertiesofV-dopedTitanium-bearingBlastFurnaceSlagPreparedatDifferentCalcinationTemperatures %A 王辉 %A 杨和 %A 薛向欣 %A 刘东 %J 过程工程学报 %D 2010 %X Perovskite-typeV-dopedtitanium-bearingblastfurnaceslag(VTBBFS)photocatalystwaspreparedbyhigh-temperaturesolidphasemethod.TheinfluenceofcalcinationtemperatureonthephotocatalyticandantibacterialpropertiesofVTBBFSwasstudiedindetails.ItscompositionandmicrostructurewereevaluatedbyX-raydiffractometer,ultraviolet-visibleabsorptionspectrometer,Fouriertransforminfraredspectrometerandscanningelectronmicroscope.TheantibacterialpropertiesofVTBBFStoCandidaalbicanswereinvestigatedbyflaskoscillationmethod.TheresultsshowedthattheopticalabsorptionandantibacterialpropertiesofVTBBFSwerethebestwith10%(w)dopingofvanadium,preparedat800℃for2h,anditssterilizationratewascloseto100%toCandidaalbicans(ATCC10231).Theminimuminhibitoryandminimumbactericidalconcentrationswere25and50mg/mL.Whentheconcentrationwas0.2mg/mL,thecatalysthadtheleasttoxictoxicity. %K Vdoping %K titanium-bearingblastfurnaceslag %K photocatalyst %K antibacterialactivity %K calcinationtemperature %U http://www.jproeng.com/qikan/Cpaper/zhaiyao.asp?bsid=15894
