%0 Journal Article %T DeepPurificationofZincAmmoniacalLeachingSolution %A 李建 %A 陈启元 %A 胡慧萍 %A 王为振 %J 过程工程学报 %D 2010 %X Deeppurificationofzincammoniacalleachingsolutionbycementationusingzincdustwasstudied.Theeffectsofrelativeamountofmetallicimpurities,dosageofzincdust,purificationtime,temperature,pHvalueandtotalammoniaconcentrationinthesolutiononthepurificationofthesolutionwereinvestigated.Theresultsindicatethattotalammoniaconcentrationinthesolutionhadnoeffectonthepurification,butrelativeamountofmetallicimpurities,dosageofzincdust,purificationtime,temperatureandpHvalueofthesolutionwerethemainfactorsinfluencingthepurification.Keepingappropriatemolarratioofcoppertocadmiumornickeltocadmiumwasbeneficialtothecementationofcadmium.Nevertheless,thepresenceofcobaltwentagainstthecementationofcadmiumandcobalt.Allmetallicimpuritiescouldbedecreasedtoacceptablelevelsundertheoptimizedconditionsof2g/Lofzincdustdosage,1hofpurificationtime,35℃,pHvalue9.03ofzincammoniacalleachingsolution.Thedeeplypurifiedzincammoniacalsolutionobtainedbyone-stagepurificationmeetstherequirementsofzincelectrowinning. %K zincammoniacalleachingsolution %K zincdust %K deeppurification %K relativeamountofmetallicimpurities %U http://www.jproeng.com/qikan/Cpaper/zhaiyao.asp?bsid=15868
