%0 Journal Article %T FabricationandCharacterizationofHierarchicallyNanostructuredPorousCarbonatedHydroxyapatiteCoatings %A 吕君英 %A 郭亚平 %J 过程工程学报 %D 2012 %X Hierarchicallynanostructuredporouscarbonatedhydroxyapatitecoatings(HNPCs)onTi6Al4Vsubstratewerefabricatedbyatwo-stageapplicationroutefabricationofnacrecoatings(NCs)onTi6Al4Vsubstratebyelectrophoretictechnique,andconversionofNCstoHNPCsinaphosphatebuffersolution(PBS)bymicrowaveirradiationmethod.TheirsampleswerecharacterizedbyusingXRD,FT-IR,SEM,TEM,andN2adsorption-desorptionisotherms.TheresultsshowthatthemicrowaveirradiationtechniqueimprovesobviouslytheconversionrateofNCstoHNPCsascomparedwithconventionalmethod.AftersoakingtheNCsinthePBS,calciumionsarereleasedfromthenacreparticlesandreactwithphosphateionstoformcarbonatedhydroxyapatitenanoparticles.Thesenanoparticlesaggregatetoformtheplate-likecarbonatedapatite.Themesoporeswithasizeofabout3.9nmandmacroporeswiththediametersof1~4mmexistwithinandamongthecarbonatedapatiteplates,respectively.SimulatedbodyfluidimmersiontestsrevealthattheHNPCshaveagoodinvitrobioactivity. %K carbonatedhydroxyapatite %K coating %K porousstructure %K dissolution-precipitationreaction %U http://www.jproeng.com/qikan/Cpaper/zhaiyao.asp?bsid=16631
