%0 Journal Article %T TheEffectsofOxidativePretreatmentofZinc-containingDustonContentsofIronandManganeseinAmmoniacalLeachingSolutionandProductionofZincOxide %A 王为振 %A 陈启元 %A 胡慧萍 %A 谭力铭 %A 陈辉煌 %J 过程工程学报 %D 2013 %X Thezinc-containingdustwasoxidativelypretreatedwithcalciumhypochlorite,subsequentlyleachedwithammonia/ammoniumbicarbonatesolutiontoobtaintheammoniacalleachingsolution,andzincoxidewasproducedbyammoniadistillationoftheammoniacalleachingsolutionandsubsequentcalcination.Theelementsofironandmanganesecouldnotbedetectedinammoniacalleachingsolution,andtheextractionrateofzincwas98.2%inammoniacalleachingprocess.Thezincoxidecontentintheproductis99.5%(w),andthecontentsofironandmanganeseintheproductwere0.0028‰and0.00084‰(w),respectively.Theanalysesofthevalencestatesofironandmanganeseinthezinc-containingdustwithandwithoutpretreatmentwereperformedbychemicalanalysisandXPS,andthepossibleoxidationmechanismoftheoxidativepretreatmentofthedustwasdiscussed.ItisconcludedthatFe2+-oxideandMn2+-oxideinthedustwereoxidizedtoFe3+-oxideand/oritshydrateandMn4+-oxideand/oritshydratebycalciumhypochloriteduringtheoxidativepretreatmentprocess,respectively. %K zinc-containingdust %K oxidativepretreatment %K ammoniacalleaching %K zincoxide %K calciumhypochlorite %U http://www.jproeng.com/qikan/Cpaper/zhaiyao.asp?bsid=16917
