%0 Journal Article %T Two-dimensionalSimulationforHydrogen/AirCombustioninaMonolithReactor %A 洪若瑜 %A 丁剑敏 %A VlachosDG %J 过程工程学报 %D 2005 %X Recentstudiesonhydrogencombustionwerereviewedbriefly.Thelaminarflowandcombustionofpremixedhydrogen/airmixtureinacylindricalchannelofamonolithreactorwithandwithoutcatalyticwallwasnumericallymodeledbysolvingtwo-dimensional(2-D)NavierStokes(NS)equations,energyequation,andspeciesequations.Eightgasspeciesandtwentyreversiblegasreactionswereconsidered.ThecontrolvolumetechniqueandtheSIMPLEalgorithmwereusedtosolvethepartialdifferentialequations.Thestreamlinesoftheflowfield,temperaturecontours,theentrancelength,andtheconcentrationfieldswerecomputed.Itisfoundthattheentrancezoneplaysanimportantroleonflowandtemperatureaswellasspeciesdistribution.Therefore,theflowcannotbeassumedeitherasfullydevelopedorasplugflow.Thereisasmallbutstrongthermalexpansionzonebetweenthewallandtheentrance.Bothdiffusionandconvectionaffecttheheatandmasstransferprocessesintheexpansionzone.Thustheequationsofmomentum,energyandspeciesconservationsshouldbeusedtodescribehydrogen/aircombustioninthemonolithreactor.Thehot-spotlocationandconcentrationfieldofthehomogeneouscombustionisstronglyinfluencedbytheinletvelocityandtemperature,andtheequivalenceratio.Thecatalyticcombustionofpremixedhydrogen/airmixtureoverplatinumcatalyst-coatedwallinacylindricalchannelwasalsosimulated. %K micro-reactor %K monolith %K combustion %K catalysis %K hydrogen %K simulation %U http://www.jproeng.com/qikan/Cpaper/zhaiyao.asp?bsid=732
