%0 Journal Article %T EffectsofPrecursorsforPreparingIntermediateLayeronthePerformanceofTi/SnO2+Sb2O3/PbO2Anode %A WANGYa-qiong(王雅琼) %A TONGHong-yang(童宏扬) %A XUWen-lin(许文林) %J 过程工程学报 %D 2003 %X TheTi/SnO2+Sb2O3/PbO2anodewithSnO2+Sb2O3intermediatelayerobtainedbythepolymericprecursormethod(PPM)andwiththeconventionalroutewasstudied.ThemorphologyandmicrostructureofSnO2+Sb2O3intermediatelayerderivedfromdifferentprecursorsandthetopPbO2activelayerwereexaminedbymeansofESEMandXRD.Thelifetimeandelectrocatalyticactivityoftheanodewerealsoassessedbythecyclicvoltammetryandacceleratedlifetimetestin1.0mol/LH2SO4solution.Itwasfoundthatprecursorsolventsaffectedlifetime,microstructureandmorphologyoftheanode,andhadlittleinfluenceonelectrocatalysisactivityoftheelectrodes.TheacceleratedlifetimeofTi/SnO2+Sb2O3/PbO2anodewithintermediatelayerpreparedbyPPMwas29.5hin1.0mol/LH2SO4solution,whichwasrespectivelyaboutfourtimesandtwicethatoftheanodepreparedwithethyleneglycolandethanol.Aftertheanodewassubjectedtothermalcorrosion,thelifetimestillreached27hincontrasttotheothers. %K intermediatelayer %K activelayer %K precursor %K electrocatalysis %U http://www.jproeng.com/qikan/Cpaper/zhaiyao.asp?bsid=1045
