%0 Journal Article %T DirectHeatIntegrationofIndependentProcesses %A 冯霄 %A 文健 %A 叶鑫午 %J 过程工程学报 %D 2004 %X Thepropertiesofmatchedstreams,thesimultaneousoperationtime,andthedistancebetweenintegratedprocesses,arethemainfactorswhichdeterminewhetherthedirectintegrationisfeasibleornot.Accordingtowhethersuchsyntheticintegrationiseconomicallybetterthantheseparateintegrationofeachprocess,amathematicalformulationisestablished.Theretrofitofreformingandareneprocessesinacertainpetrochemicalfactory,whichareindependenteachother,ischosenasacasestudy.Byonlyconsideringthesimultaneousoperationtime,tworetrofitdesignsareproposedoneisthateachofthetwoprocessesisseparatelyintegratedbyitself,andtheotheristhatthetwoprocessesareintegratedcomprehensively.Underdifferentsimultaneousoperationhours,theenergy-savingeffectsandtheeconomicprofitsofthetwodesignsarecalculated,andfurthermore,thecriticalsimultaneousoperationtimefordirectheatintegrationofthetwoprocessesisobtained.Whentheactualsimultaneousoperationtimeofthetwoprocessesislongerthanthecriticalvalue,thedirectheatintegrationofthetwoprocessesisbettereconomically,andotherwisetheseparateheatintegrationforeachprocessshouldbeconsidered. %K heatintegration %K independentprocesses %K simultaneousoperationtime %U http://www.jproeng.com/qikan/Cpaper/zhaiyao.asp?bsid=620
