%0 Journal Article %T Simulationofmulti-componentmulti-stageseparationprocess-Animprovedalgorithmandapplication %A 李春山 %A 张香平 %A 张锁江 %A 谭心舜 %A 项曙光 %J 过程工程学报 %D 2006 %X Thispaperpresentsaflexiblemodelandarobustalgorithmforsimulationofmulti-stagemulti-componentseparationprocessesinwhichmultiplefeeds,sidestreams,strippersand/orsideheatexchangersareinvolved.Theimprovedalgorithmeffectivelyacceleratesthespeedofconvergenceandoffersbetterstabilitybyintroducingadampingfactorforupdatingthestrippingfactor,andalsoreducestherequirementontheinitialestimatesbyupdatingtheJoacobianmatrixdirectlywiththestrippingfactorandenthalpy.Ontheotherhand,anefficientalgorithmwasproposedtosolvetheapproximatetri-diagonalmatrix(containingtheoff-bandelements)derivedfromthematerialbalanceequations(Mequations)andphaseequilibriumequations(Eequations),theadvantagesandsimplicityofthe"inside-out"techniqueoftheRussellareretained.Thepresentalgorithmwasdemonstratedtobeeffectiveinsimulatingcomplexseparationcolumnswithtypicalcasestudies. %K separation %K distillation %K multi-component %K simulation %K algorithm %U http://www.jproeng.com/qikan/Cpaper/zhaiyao.asp?bsid=532
