%0 Journal Article %T PreparationandCharacterizationofThree-dimensionalPhotocatalyst-TiO2ParticulateFilmImmobilizedonActivatedCarbonFibers %A 傅平丰 %A 栾勇 %A 戴学刚 %A 张建强 %A 张安华 %J 过程工程学报 %D 2006 %X Anovelthree-dimensionalphotocatalyst,TiO2particulatefilmimmobilizedonactivatedcarbonfibers(TiO2/ACFs),waspreparedbyliquidphasedeposition.ThephotocatalystwascharacterizedbySEM,XRD,BETsurfaceareaandphotodegradationofmethylenebluesolution.TiO2particulatefilm,withathicknessofnearly200nmandgrainsizesof30~50nm,wasdepositedonalmosteachcarbonfiber.TheinnerspacebetweenadjacentfibersremainedasunmodifiedACFs,therefore,bothUVilluminationandpollutedsolutionswereallowedtopassthroughthefelt-formphotocatalysttoformathree-dimensionalenvironmentforphotocatalyticreactions.WithBETsurfaceareasof400~600m2/g,theTiO2/ACFsexhibitedanenhancedadsorptionofpollutantsforphotocatalysis.ComparativedegradationsindicatedthatphotocatalyticactivityoftheTiO2/ACFswasslightlyhigherthanthatofDegussaP-25TiO2.Twospecialproperties,thethree-dimensionalstructureandcombinedeffectsofACFs'adsorptionandtitania'sphotodegradation,madecontributiontohighphotocatalyticactivity.Additionally,theTiO2/ACFsexhibitedhighstabilityandpotentiallyapplicationforpracticalusage. %K liquidphasedeposition %K TiO2particulatefilm %K activatedcarbonfibers %K three-dimensionalstructure %K photocatalyticactivity %U http://www.jproeng.com/qikan/Cpaper/zhaiyao.asp?bsid=327
