%0 Journal Article %T Synthesis,CharacterizationandSurfacePropertiesofCross-linkedPolyurethaneDispersionsModifiedbyOrganosiloxane %A 高明志 %A 许戈文 %J 过程工程学报 %D 2006 %X Aseriesofcross-linkedpolyether-polyesterpolyurethanedispersionsmodifiedwithorganosiloxanewerepreparedbasedonhydroxyl-terminatedpolydimethylsiloxane(HTPS)ashydrophobiccomponentand3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane(APTS)ascross-linkeraswellasabridgebetweenpolyurethane(PU)andpolysiloxane(PSIL).ItwasdiscoveredthatpolydimethylsiloxanesegmentswereincorporatedintoPUchainschemicallyandorganosiloxanewaspreferentiallyorientedtowardthesurfacelayerofthefilmbymakingacomparisonofattenuatedtotalreflection(ATR)spectrabetweenthecopolymerandtheblendofPUandPSIL,whichwasfurtherconfirmedbyinvestigationofelectronspectroscopyforchemicalanalysis(ESCA).Therelationshipsbetweensurfacepropertiesofthefilmformedfrompolyurethanedispersionandorganosiloxanecontentwerealsostudied.Theresultsshowedthatwatercontactangleofthefilmincreasedwiththeincreaseoforganosiloxanecontent.Interestingly,itwasalsofoundthatwatercontactangleofPUSfilmincreasedfirstlyandthendecreasedwhenfilm-formingtemperaturevariedfrom25℃to55℃. %K polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) %K surfaceproperties %K polyurethane %K contactangle %K characterization %U http://www.jproeng.com/qikan/Cpaper/zhaiyao.asp?bsid=45
