%0 Journal Article %T PreparationandAnti-cokingPropertyofSiO2/SCoatingonHP40Tube %A 周建新 %A 徐宏 %A 张莉 %A 刘京雷 %A 戚学贵 %A 彭博 %J 过程工程学报 %D 2007 %X SiO2/ScoatingwaspreparedontheinnersurfaceofanHP40tubeusingdimethyldisulfideandtetraethylorthosilicatebyatmosphericpressurechemicalvapordeposition(APCVD)toalleviatecatalyticcokingontheinnersurfaceofradianttubeforethyleneproductioninpetrochemicalplants.ThecomparativecokingexperimentswiththecoatedanduncoatedHP40tubeswerecarriedoutunderthesamecrackingconditions.SiO2/Scoatingwascompactandhadexcellentanti-cokingproperty.ThecokeonthecoatedHP40tubewasabout22%ofthatontheuncoatedHP40tube,andonlysmallgranularcokewasdepositedonthecoatedHP40tube.However,thefilamentouscokeformedontheuncoatedHP40tube.ThethermalstabilityofSiO2/Scoatingwassatisfactoryatcrackingtemperature,andtheanti-cokingpropertyofSiO2/Scoatingwasstillover60%after3cokinganddecokingcycles. %K atmosphericpressurechemicalvapordepo %K SiO2/Scoating %K HP40tube %K coke %U http://www.jproeng.com/qikan/Cpaper/zhaiyao.asp?bsid=666
