%0 Journal Article %T PreparationofHydrogenthroughCatalyticSteamReformingofBio-oil %A 吴层 %A 颜涌捷 %A 李庭琛 %A 亓伟 %J 过程工程学报 %D 2007 %X Hydrogenwaspreparedviacatalyticsteamreformingofbio-oilwhichwasobtainedfromfastpyrolysisofbiomassinafluidizedbedreactor.Influentialfactorsincludingtemperature,weighthourlyspacevelocity(WHSV)ofbio-oil,massratioofsteamtobio-oil(S/B)aswellascatalysttypeonhydrogenselectivityandotherdesirablegasproductswereinvestigated.Basedonhydrogeninstoichiometricpotentialandcarbonbalanceingaseousphaseandfeed,hydrogenyieldandcarbonselectivitywereexamined.TheexperimentalresultsshowthathighertemperaturefavorsthehydrogenselectivitybyH2molefractioningaseousproductsstreamanditplaysanimportantroleinhydrogenyieldandcarbonselectivity.Higherhydrogenselectivityandyield,andcarbonselectivitywereobtainedatlowerbio-oilWHSV.Incatalyticsteamreformingsystemamaximumsteamconcentrationvalueexists,atwhichhydrogenselectivityandyield,andcarbonselectivitykeepconstant.Throughexperiments,preferentialoperationconditionswereobtainedasfollowstemperature800~850℃,bio-oilWHSVbelow3.0h-1,andmassratioofsteamtobio-oil10~12.TheperformancetestsindicatethatNi-basedcatalystsareoptional,especiallyNi/a-Al2O3effectiveinthesteamreformingprocess. %K fastpyrolysis %K bio-oil %K hydrogen %K steamreforming %K Ni-basedcatalys %K carbonselectivity %U http://www.jproeng.com/qikan/Cpaper/zhaiyao.asp?bsid=703
