%0 Journal Article %T PreliminaryStudyonE.coliMicrobialFuelCellandOn-electrodeTamingoftheBiocatalyst %A 郗名悦 %A 孙彦平 %J 过程工程学报 %D 2008 %X Amediatormicrobialfuelcell(MFC)wasconstructedbyusingE.coliasbiocatalystandnewmethyleneblueaselectronmediator.E.colicellswerecarriedoutinanaerobicgrowthpriortoinoculatingthemintotheMFCinordertopre-adaptbacterialmetabolisminananaerobicenvironment,theelectricitygenerationofMFCwastested,itsmaximumpowerdensityreached263.94mW/m2withthecorrespondingcurrentdensity1287.50mA/m2,theinternalresistanceofMFCwas200W,andcapabilityoftheMFCwasevenbetterthanthosereportedsofar.Moreover,on-electrodetamingmethodwasadoptedtoimproveelectrochemicalactivityofE.coli,namelyacombinationofE.colitamingandelectricitygenerationsimultaneouslyinthesameMFCwithoutscrapingoffthebiofilmofMFC,afterthe4thon-electrodetaming,thetamedE.coliMFCshoweda54%improvementinpeakcurrentdensity,being612.50mA/m2,anda64%improvementinthemaximumpoweroutput,being166.67mW/m2,comparedwiththatofparentalE.coliMFC.Andthematurationtimeoftamedbiofilmwasobviouslyreducedto240min,quickeningup1timescomparedwiththatofparentalE.colibiofilm. %K microbialfuelcell %K E.coli %K taming %K biofilm %U http://www.jproeng.com/qikan/Cpaper/zhaiyao.asp?bsid=14704
