%0 Journal Article %T 枢纽离站出租车休假排队系统服务台数优化模型<br>Service-desk number optimization model for passenger transport hub taxi off site vacation queuing system %A 云 亮 %A 罗孝羚 %A 蒋阳升 %A 陈 坚 %J 长安大学学报(自然科学版) %D 2015 %X 现有基于排队的枢纽离站出租车系统研究大多基于单服务台,与实际情况有较大差距。首先把系统抽象成异步单重休假M/M/C(ASV排队系统,并得到系统在服务台全忙条件下的稳态指标;然后建立考虑服务水平的枢纽离站出租车排队系统服务台数双层优化模型,并设计了基于Matlab软件的算法程序;最后给出算例,并对优化计算结果、系统仿真与实际方案进行了对比分析。对比分析表明,该优化模型是可行的,在充分考虑服务水平因素的条件下是有效的。<br>Existing queuing theory based researches of hub taxi off-site system are mostly for single-desk issue, where is a wide gap with the actual situation. In order to solve this problem, we first abstracted the system into an asynchronous single vacation M/M/C(ASV) queuing system, and got the steady state indicators of system under the condition of all busy service desk; then we created a bi-layer service-desk number optimization model for hub taxi off-site queuing system considering the level of service, and wrote the computer program based on Matlab software; finally we gave a numerical example, and did comparative analysis of results of optimization, simulation and actual situation.
