%0 Journal Article %T Biochemical and Physiological Responses of Pterocarya stenoptera and Taxodium ascendens Saplings to Different Configuration Modes and Water Regimes %A WANGChao-ying %A LIChang-xiao %A WANGZhen-xia %A WEIHong %A GENGYang-hui %A JIANGXuan-bin %J 重庆师范大学学报(自然科学版) %P 142-150 %D 2012 %R 10.11721/cqnuj20120326 %X ThreedifferentkindsofwatertreatmentandtwoconfigurationmodeswereappliedtoexaminethebiochemicalandphysiologicalresponsesofP.stenopteraandT.ascendenssaplingsundersimulatedvegetationoftheHydro-fluctuationBeltoftheThreeGorgesReservoirRegion.Thewatertreatmentswerenormalgrowthwatercondition(CK),lightdroughtwaterstress(LD)andwatersubmersion(SM).Thefirstconfigurationmodewas3P.stenopteraand6T.ascendens,andthesecondwasareverseofthenumberofsaplingsofbothspecies.Theresultsshowedthatdifferentconfigurationmodescouldnotsignificantlyinfluencethephotosyntheticpigment,SOD,POD,CAT,ASP,O2?―,prolineandsolubleproteinofthetwospecies.Incontrast,differentwatertreatmentandtimehadsignificantinfluencesonSOD,POD,CAT,ASP,O2?―andsolubleproteinofthetwospecies.Theinteractionofconfigurationmodesxwatertreatment,configurationmodesxtime,configurationmodesxwatertreatmentxtimehadnosignificantinfluenceonphotosyntheticpigment,SOD,POD,CAT,ASP,O2?―andsolubleproteinofthetwospecies.However,theinteractionofwatertreatmentxtimehadsignificantinfluencesonSOD,POD,ASPandO2?―ofP.stenoptera,aswellasonSOD,CAT,ASPandprolinecontentofT.ascendens.Ourstudyshowedthatbothspecieshadtosomeextentdifferentbiochemicalandphysiologicalresponsestowaterstress,andwererelativelywell-adaptedtothedynamichydrologicalenvironmentinthehydro-fluctuationbeltoftheThreeGorgesReservoirRegion. %K ThreeGorgesReservoirRegion %K configurationmode %K watertress %K physiologicalresponse %K Pterocaryastenoptera %K Taxodiumascendens %U http://cqnuj.cqnu.edu.cn/oa/DArticle.aspx?type=view&id=120326
