%0 Journal Article %T ComputationalandexperimentalstudyonTRcombustionsystemofdiesel %A 何旭 %A 刘卫国 %A 高希彦 %A 廖春明 %A 杨德胜 %J 大连理工大学学报 %P 185-192 %D 2008 %R 10.7511/dllgxb200802006 %X Anewcombustionsystemappliedinthe135-typedieselengine\_TR(Three-Rapidity),wasmodifiedfromdeepcaveωcombustionchamberwithanorientedarcinthemiddleofchamberwall,andperfectlyfittoanozzlewithorificesinconicsectionplusorificeinthecenter.Three-dimensionalnumericalsimulationwascompletedandcomparedbetweenTRcombustionsystemandoriginal135dieselenginecombustionsystemin50%loadbySTAR-CD.TheresultsshowthatinTRcombustionsystem,fuelignitionlocationisnearTDC,andpremixcombustionproportionincreases.Theorientedarc,contractedcaveandcentricspraycontributetoenhancingairflow,makingmorereasonablefueldistributionandformingmorehomogeneousmixture.Theusageofairinchamberiseffectivelyincreasedandheatlossfromthechamberwallisobviouslydecreased.Thecoldstartperformanceoftheengineisalsoimproved.AperformancetestonTRcombustionsystemwasmadeona135-typedieselengine.TheresultsdemonstratethatTRhasbetterexhaustsmokethantheoriginalengine.Atthelowandmoderateload,NOxemissionofTRcombustionsystemislessthantheoriginalsystem,butmoreinhighloadcondition,whichcanbesolvedbydelayingfuelspraytiming.TRcombustionhasmuchpotentialtoimproveemissionwithlessstructuralchangeoftheoriginalengine. %K diesel %K combustionchamber %K numericalsimulation %K spray %U http://press.dlut.edu.cn/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=20080206&flag=1
