%0 Journal Article %T ResponseoftheIonosphericF2-regionOverIrkutskandHainantoStrongGeomagneticStorms %A EB %A Romanova %A GA %A Zherebtsov %A KG %A Ratovsky %A NM %A Polekh %A JK %A Shi %A XWang %A GJ %A Wang %J 空间科学学报 %P 494-500 %D 2013 %X Theionosphericresponsestotwostrongstormson17-19August2003and22-23January2004arestudied,usingthedatafromIrkutsk(52.5°N,104°E)andHainan(19.5°N,109°E)ionosphericstations.TheanalysisofvariationsinrelativedeviationsofthecriticalfrequencyΔf0F2revealedthatatmiddlelatitudes(Irkutsk)negativedisturbanceswereobservedinthesummerionosphere;positiveandnegativeones,inthewinterionosphereduringthemainandrecoveryphasesrespectively.Atlowlatitudes(Hainan),thedisturbanceswerepositiveinallthecasesconsidered.MechanismsofthedisturbanceswereanalyzedwiththeaidofempiricalmodelsoftheneutralatmosphereNRLMSISE-00andthermosphericwindHWM07.ThemainfactorsdeterminingΔf0F2variationsatmiddlelatitudesduringthestormsweredemonstratedtobethedisturbedequatorwardthermosphericwindtransportingthedisturbedatmosphericcomposition,theincreaseintheatomicoxygenconcentration,andthepassageofinternalgravitywaves.Atlowlatitudes,theeffectsassociatedwithneutralcompositionvariationsarelesssignificantthanthoseofthethermosphericwindandelectricfields. %K Ionosphere %K Geomagneticstorm %K Thermosphericwind %K Drift %U http://www.cjss.ac.cn/CN/abstract/abstract1972.shtml
