%0 Journal Article %T Splittingbasedschemeforthree-dimensionalMHDwithdualtimestepping %A Fu %A Huazheng %A Feng %A Xueshang %J 空间科学学报 %P 9-17 %D 2015 %R 10.11728/cjss2015.01.009 %X AnewhybridnumericalschemeofcombininganE-CUSP(Energy-ConvectiveUpwindandSplitPressure)methodforthefluidpartandtheConstrainedTransport(CT)forthemagneticinductionpartisproposed.Inordertoavoidtheoccurrenceofnegativepressureinthereconstructedprofilesanditsupdatedvalue,apositivitypreservingmethodisprovided.Furthermore,theMHDequationsaresolvedateachphysicaltimestepbyadvancinginpseudotime.Theuseofdualtimesteppingisbeneficialinthecomputationsincetheuseofdualtimesteppingallowsthephysicaltimestepnottobelimitedbythecorrespondingvaluesinthesmallestcellandtobeselectedbasedonthenumericalaccuracycriterion.Thisnewlyestablishedhybridschemecombinedwithpositivitypreservingmethodanddualtimetechniquehasdemonstratedtheaccuratenessandrobustnessthroughnumericalexperimentsofbenchmarkproblemssuchasthe2DOrszag-Tangvortexproblemandthe3Dshock-cloudinteractionproblem. %K Splittingbasedscheme %K Three-dimensionalMHD %K Dualtimestepping %U http://www.cjss.ac.cn/CN/abstract/abstract2101.shtml
