%X Anewdynamomodelbasedonthepolarizationofplasmaispresentedinthispaper.FromtheMaxwellequationsinamovingmedium,amagnetizationvectorcanbecausedwithRongoncurrent.Thesteadysolarmagneticfieldissolvedfromtheequations.Ontheassumptionthatthemeridianalflowisignored,thedistributionofmagneticfieldisputout.Inthemodel,thereisnoadditionalparameterconsidered.Theintensityofmagneticfieldinsidethesunrangesfrom1-6T.Thesurfacemagneticfieldaroundthepoleisintheorderof1×10-3T,atlowlatitudethecalculatedsurfacemagneticfieldhastheorderof1×10-2T.Themaximummagneticfieldisaround30°inlatitude.
