%X Thenumericalcalculationofthetransmissionandabsorptionofmicrowavesatanarbitrarilyincidentangletotheinhomogeneoussphericallysymmetricplasmaispresented.Thenonuniformsphereismodeledbyaseriesofconcentricsphericalshells,andtheelectrondensityisconstantineachshell.Theoveralldensityprofilefollowsanygivendistributionfunction.Byusingthegeometricalopticsapproximationandconsideringthepropagationcoefficientiscomplex,aswellastheattenuationandphasecoefficientsarevectors,thedetailedevaluationshowsthatthetransmissionandabsorptionofmicrowavesintheinhomogeneoussphericallysymmetricplasmadependontheelectronandneutralparticlecollisionfrequency,centraldensity,incidentangleofthemicrowavesanddensitydistributionprofiles.
