%0 Journal Article %T A3rdOrderWENOGLM-MHDSchemeforMagneticReconnection %A FENG %A Xueshang %A ZHOU %A Yufen %A HU %A Yanqi %J 空间科学学报 %P 1-7 %D 2006 %X Anewnumericalschemeof3rdorderWeightedEssentiallyNon-Oscillatory(WENO)typefor2.5DmixedGLM-MHDinCartesiancoordinatesisproposed.TheMHDequationsaremodifiedbycombiningtheargumentsasbyDellarandDedneretaltocouplethedivergenceconstraintwiththeevolutionequationsusingaGeneralizedLagrangeMultiplier(GLM).Moreover,themagnetohydrodynamicpartoftheGLM-MHDsystemisstillinconservationform.Meanwhile,thismethodisveryeasytoaddtoanexistingcodesincetheunderlyingMHDsolverdoesnothavetobemodified.ToshowthevalidationandcapacityofitsapplicationtoMHDproblemmodelling,interactionbetweenamagnetosonicshockandadensercloudandmagneticreconnectionproblemsareusedtoverifythisnewMHDcode.Thenumericaltestsfor2DOrszagandTang'sMHDvortex,interactionbetweenamagnetosonicshockandadensercloudandmagneticreconnectionproblemsshowthatthethirdorderWENOMHDsolversarerobustandyieldreliableresultsbythenewmixedGLMorthemixedEGLMcorrectionhereevenifitcannotbeshownthathowthedivergenceerrorsaretransportedaswellasdampedasdoneforonedimensionalidealMHDbyDedneretal. %K WENOscheme %K MHDnumericalsimulation %K Orszag-Tangvortex %K Magneticreconnection %U http://www.cjss.ac.cn/CN/abstract/abstract894.shtml
