%X Solarcoronastudyisanimportantaspectofspaceweatherresearch.Inrecentyears,greatachieVementshavebeenacquiredonthesolarcoronastudybythespacephysicsgroupofChina.Thispapergivesabriefoutlineoftheseprogressesthathavebeenmadeduring2006--2008.Thiskindofresearchincludesobservationalstudyofthecorona,theoreticalinvestigations,statisticalanalysisbasedonalargenumberofdatasets,numericalmethodforMHDmodeling,numericalstudyofspaceweatherevents,andpredictionmethodsforthecomplicatedprocessesoriginatingfromthesolarcorona.Eachisgivenasaseparatepartinthefollowing.
