%X Thispaper,usingthedataofthreeClustersatellites,comparestheobservationsofBurstyBulkFlow(BBF)bysinglesatellitewiththosebymultisatellites.TheresultsindicatethatthereexistsremarkabledifferencebetweenobservationsofBBFbysinglesatelliteandmultisatellites.TheobservationsofBBFbyasinglesatellitedependonitspositionrelativetotheflowchannel.Thedifferenceiscausedbythelocalizationcharacteristicsoffastflowsintheplasmasheet,andcanleadtodivergingviewsaboutsubstormandcausalrelationsamongsubstormphenomena.
