%X Thereductiveperturbationmethodisappliedtoinvestigatethedustacousticsolitonindustyplasmaswithstreamingionsunderultravioletirradiationtheoreticallyandnumerically.Theself-consistentdustchargevariationistakenintoaccount.Itisshownthattheultravioletirradiationcansignificantlylowerthemagnitudeofthedustnegativecharge,andionstreamingvelocityfirstlyraisethemagnitudeofthedustnegativechargeandthenlowerit.Withthegrowthof(Ultraviolet)UVphotofluxorionstreamingvelocity,thephasevelocityandwidthofthesolitarywavesdecrease,whereasitsamplitudeincreases.
