%0 Journal Article %T Geneticdiversityanddifferentiationofmasusalmon(Oncorhynchusmasoumasou)betweenandwithinculturedpopulationsinferredfrommicrosatelliteDNAanalysis %J 动物学研究 %P 33-39 %D 2012 %R 10.3724/SP.J.1141.2012.E03-04E33 %X Masusalmon,Oncorhynchusmasoumasou,isoneofthemostvaluablefisheryspeciesthathasbeenintroducedtoChina,thoughtodatenostudiesonthegeneticdiversityandgeneticrelationshipamonghatcherypopulationshasbeenperformedwithmolecularmarkers.Weundertooksuchastudyandsampled120individualsfromthreehatcherystocksandanalyzed20microsatelliteloci.Alllociwerepolymorphicandatotalof91allelesweredetected.Arelativelylowlevelofgeneticdiversitywasrevealedwitheffectivenumberofalleleof3.1094,3.3299and3.1894andexpectedheterozygosityof0.6600,0.6648and0.6638inthethreestocks,respectively.DeviationsfromHardy-Weinbergequilibriumwerefoundduetoheterozygotedeficit.Accordingly,evidenceofgeneticbottleneckswerefoundinthethreestocks.Anindividualassignmenttestdemonstratedthat85%ofindividualswerecorrectlyassignedintotheiroriginalstocks.PairwiseFstrevealedthatsignificantdifferentiationoccurredbetweenthesethreestocks.Theresultsofthestudyindicatedthatdisequilibriumofgeneticstructureanddifferentiationhasoccurredinallthreestocks.ThisinformationcollectivelyprovidesabasisformeasurestoavoidoflossofgeneticdiversityandintrogressioninChineseaquaculture. %K Oncorhynchusmasoumasou %K Microsatellite %K Geneticdiversity %K Geneticdifferentiation %U http://www.zoores.ac.cn/CN/abstract/abstract3205.shtml
