%0 Journal Article %T DistributionofserotoninandFMRF-amideinthebrainofLymnaeastagnaliswithrespecttothevisualsystem %J 动物学研究 %P 1-12 %D 2012 %R 10.3724/SP.J.1141.2012.01-02e1 %X Despiteserotonin’sandFMRF-amide’swidedistributioninthenervoussystemofinvertebratesandtheirimportanceasneurotransmitters,theexactrolestheyplayinneuronalnetworksleavesmanyquestions.WemappedthepresenceofserotoninandFMRF-amide-immunoreactivityinthecentralnervoussystemandeyesofthepondsnailLymnaeastagnalisandinterpretedtheresultsinconnectionwithourearlierfindingsonthecentralprojectionsofdifferentperipheralnerves.SincethechemicalnatureoftheintercellularconnectionsintheretinaofL.stagnalisisstilllargelyunknown,wepaidspecialattentiontoclarifyingtheroleofserotoninandFMRF-amideinthevisualsystemofthissnailandcomparedourfindingswiththosereportedfromotherspecies.Atleastoneserotonin-andoneFMRF-amidergicfibrewerelabeledineachopticnerve,andsincenocellbodiesintheeyeshowedimmunoreactivitytotheseneurotransmitters,webelievethatefferentfibreswithsomatalocatedinthecentralgangliabranchatthebaseoftheeyeandprobablyrelease5HTandFMRF-amideasneuro-hormones.Doublelabellingrevealedretrogradetransportofneurobiotinthroughtheopticnerve,allowingustoconcludethatthecentralpathwaysandserotonin-andFMRF-amide-immunoreactivecellsandfibreshavedifferentlocationsintheCNSinL.stagnalis.Thechemicalnatureofthefibres,whichconnectthetwoeyesinL.stagnalis,isneitherserotoninergicnorFMRF-amidergic. %K Gastropoda %K Nervoussystem %K Retina %K Visualprojections %K Retrogradetransport %K Immunocytochemistry %K Neurotransmitters %U http://www.zoores.ac.cn/CN/abstract/abstract3183.shtml
