%0 Journal Article %T AcuteandjointtoxicityofthreeagrochemicalstoChinesetigerfrog(Hoplobatrachuschinensis)tadpoles %A Li WEI %A Wei-Wei SHAO %A Guo-Hua DING %A Xiao-Li FAN %A Miao-Ling YU %A Zhi-Hua LIN %J 动物学研究 %P 272-279 %D 2014 %R 10.13918/j.issn.2095-8137.2014.4.272 %X Westudiedacuteandjointtoxicityofthreedifferentagrochemicals(chlorantraniliprole,flubendiamide-abamectinandpenoxsulam)toChinesetigerfrog(Hoplobatrachuschinensis)tadpoleswiththemethodofstabilitywatertests.Resultsshowedthatthethreeagrochemicalsincreasedtadpolemortality.Foracutetoxicity,theLC50valuesafter24,48and72hofchlorantraniliprole,flubendiamide-abamectinandpenoxsulamexposurewere5.37,4.90and4.68mg/L;0.035,0.025and0.021mg/L;1.74,1.45and1.29mg/L,respectively.Thesafetyconcentrations(SC)ofchlorantraniliprole,flubendiamide-abamectinandpenoxsulamtothetadpoleswere1.23,0.30and0.003mg/L,respectively.Basedonthesefindings,chlorantraniliproleandpenoxsulamweremoderatelytoxic,whileflubendiamide-abamectinwashighlytoxic.Allpairwisejointtoxicitytestsshowedmoderatetoxicity.TheLC50valuesafter24,48and72hofexposurewere7.08,6.61and6.03mg/Lforchlorantraniliprole+penoxsulam,withcorrespondingvaluesof2.455,2.328and2.183mg/Lforchlorantraniliprole+flubendiamide-abamectin,and1.132,1.084and1.050mg/Lforpenoxsulam+flubendiamide-abamectin,withsafeconcentrationsof1.73,0.63and0.30mg/L,respectively.Fortoxicevaluationsofpairwisecombinationsofthethreeagrochemicals,onlythejointtoxicityofchlorantraniliproleandflubendiamide-abamectinafter24hwasfoundtobesynergistic,whereasallothertestswereantagonistic.Ourfindingsprovidevaluableinformationonthetoxiceffectsofagrochemicalsonamphibiansandhowvarioustypesofagrochemicalscanbereasonablyusedinagriculturalareas. %K Agrochemical %K Acutetoxicity %K Jointtoxicity %K LC50 %K Safeconcentration %K Hoplobatrachuschinensis %U http://www.zoores.ac.cn/CN/abstract/abstract3493.shtml
