%0 Journal Article %T Sexdifferencesinmorphine-inducedbehavioralsensitizationandsocialbehaviorsinICRmice %A Bo ZHAN %A Hong-Yuan MA %A Jian-Li WANG %A Chao-Bao LIU %J 动物学研究 %P 103-108 %D 2015 %X Genderandgeneticstrainaretwoprominentvariantsthatinfluencedrugabuse.Althoughcertainsex-relatedbehavioralresponseshavebeenpreviouslycharacterizedinICRmice,littleisknownabouttheeffectsofsexonmorphine-inducedbehavioralresponsesinthisoutbredstrain.Therefore,inthisstudy,weinvestigatedthesexdifferencesofmorphine-inducedlocomotion,anxiety-likeandsocialbehaviorsinICRmice.Aftermorphineorsalineexposureforfourconsecutivedays(twicedaily),increasedlocomotion,moretimespentinthecentralarea,aswellasattenuatedrearingandself-groomingbehaviorswerefoundinmorphine-treatedfemalesinanopenfield;nodifferenceswerefoundinlocomotionandthetimespentinthecentralareabetweenmaleandfemalecontrols.Wheninteractingwiththesame-sexindividuals,femalecontrolswereengagedinmoresocialinvestigation,following,bodycontactingandself-groomingbehaviorsthancontrols;morphineexposurereducedcontactingandself-groomingbehaviorsinfemales;incontrast,theseeffectswerenotfoundinmales.TheseresultsindicatethatfemaleICRmicearemoreprosocialandaremoresusceptibletomorphineexposurethanmales. %K Morphine %K ICRmice %K Locomotion %K Socialbehavior %U http://www.zoores.ac.cn/CN/abstract/abstract3580.shtml
