%0 Journal Article %T Microsatelliteanalysisofgeneticdiversityandpopulationstructureoffreshwatermussel(Lamprotulaleai) %A Jin-Jin MIN %A Rong-Hui YE %A Gen-Fang ZHANG %A Rong-Quan ZHENG %J 动物学研究 %P 34-40 %D 2015 %R 10.13918/j.issn.2095-8137.2015.1.34 %X LamprotulaleaiisoneofthemostcommerciallyimportantfreshwaterpearlmusselsinChina,butthereislimiteddataonitsgeneticdiversityandpopulationstructure.Inthepresentstudy,119individualsfromfourmajorgeographicalpopulationswereinvestigatedusing15microsatellitelociidentifiedviacross-speciesamplification.Atotalof114allelesweredetected,withanaverageof7.6allelesperlocus(range:2to21).Amongthefourstocks,thosefromHung-tseLakeandPoyangLakehadthelowest(0.412)andhighest(0.455)observedheterozygosityrespectively.Thepolymorphisminformationcontent(PIC)rangedfrom0.374to0.927(mean:0.907).AMOVAshowedthat12.56%and44.68%geneticvarianceswereamongpopulationsandwithinindividuals,respectively.PairwiseFstrangedfrom0.073to0.146,indicatingmediumgeneticdifferentiationamongthepopulations.Inaggregate,ourresultssuggestthatinbreedingisacrucialfactoraccountingfordeviationsfromHardy–Weinbergequilibriumat12loci.Moreover,thegeneticdistanceamongfourstocksrangedfrom0.192to0.890.PoyangLakeandHung-tseLakewereclusteredtogether,joinedwithDongtingLakeandAnqingLake.GiventhatspecimensfromHung-tseLakeshowedthehighestaverageallelerichness,expectedheterozygosityandPIC,thislocationmaybethesourceofthehighestqualitygermplasmresourcesandthestockfromthisareamaybethebestforfuturebreedingefforts. %K Lamprotulaleai %K Freshwatermussel %K Geneticdiversity %K Populationstructure %K Microsatelliteloci %U http://www.zoores.ac.cn/CN/abstract/abstract3560.shtml
