%0 Journal Article %T EffectsofalcoholonH3K9acetylationinmousepre-implantationembryos %A Fang DING %A Li CHEN %A Yong LIU %A Feng-Rui WU %A Biao DING %A Wen-Yong LI %A Rong WANG %J 动物学研究 %P 54-58 %D 2015 %R 10.13918/j.issn.2095-8137.2015.1.54 %X Itiswellknownthatexcessivelong-termalcoholconsumptionisharmful,especiallyinpregnantwomen.Inthepresentstudy,theKunmingwhitemousewasusedasananimalmodelandindirectimmunofluorescencewasperformedtoanalyzethetoxiceffectsofalcoholonearlypre-implantationembryos.H3K9acetylationimmunofluorescencecouldnotbedetectedinMIIoocytes.H3K9acetylationlevelsinthetreatmentgroupwerehigherthaninthecontrolgroupduringthemorulastage,andcontrarytoresultsduringtheblastocyststage.Otherstagesshowednoobviousdifferencesforinvivoembryos.Forinvitroembryos,almostnodifferencewasfoundbetweenthetwoexperimentalgroupsacrossallstages,andbothgroupsshowedincreasingH3K9acetylationlevels(exceptatthe2-cellstage).ThisstudyshowsthatH3K9acetylationlevelsinearlypre-implantationembryosarenotablyimpactedbyexcessivealcoholingestionbyfemales.Thesedataarethefirststepinunderstandingtheepigeneticmechanismofalcoholtoxicityinearlypre-implantationmouseembryos. %K Alcoholintake %K Pre-implantationembryos %K H3K9acetylation %K Mice %K Embryodevelopment %U http://www.zoores.ac.cn/CN/abstract/abstract3563.shtml
