Hajipour %A Hirbod Karimi %A Afshin Koohi %J ´ß»¯Ñ§±¨ %P 1109-1116 %D 2015 %R 10.1016/S1872-2067(14)60315-6 %X £¿NickelzirconiumphosphatenanoparticleswerefoundtofunctionasefficientcatalystsfortheselectiveoxidationofawiderangeofalcoholstotheircorrespondingketonesandaldehydesusingH2O2asanoxidizingagentandwithoutanyorganicsolvents,phasetransfercatalysts,oradditives.Thestericandelectronicpropertiesofvarioussubstrateshadsignificantinfluenceonthereactionconditionsrequiredtoachieveacetylation.Theresultsshowedthatthismethodcanbeappliedforthechemoselectiveoxidationofbenzylalcoholsinthepresenceofaliphaticalcohols.ThecatalystusedinthecurrentstudywascharacterizedbyICP-OES,XRD,NH3-TPD,Py-FTIR,N2adsorption-desorption,SEMandTEM.Theseanalysesrevealedthattheinterlayerdistanceinthecatalystincreasedfrom0.75to0.98nmwhenNi2+wasintercalatedbetweenthelayers,whereasthecrystallinityofthematerialwasreduced.Thenanocatalystcouldalsoberecoveredandreusedatleastseventimeswithoutanydiscernibledecreaseinitscatalyticactivity.Thisnewmethodfortheoxidationofalcoholshasseveralkeyadvantages,includingmildandenvironmentallyfriendlyreactionconditions,shortreactiontime,excellentyieldsandafacilework-up. %K Nickelzirconiumphosphate %K Nanoparticle %K Alcoholoxidation %K Solvent-free %K Solidcatalyst %U http://www.chxb.cn/CN/abstract/abstract21595.shtml
