Gentle %J ´ß»¯Ñ§±¨ %P 884-890 %D 2014 %R 10.1016/S1872-2067(14)60108-X %X £¿Metal-freecarbonelectrocatalytsfortheoxygenreductionreaction(ORR)areattractivefortheirhighactivityandeconomicadvantages.However,theoriginoftheactivityhasneverbeenclearlyelucidatedinasystematicmanner.Halogengroupelementsaregoodcandidatesforelucidatingtheeffect,althoughithasbeenadifficulttaskduetosafetyissues.Inthisreport,wedemonstratethesynthesisofCl-,Br-andI-dopedreducedgrapheneoxidethroughtwosolutionphasesyntheses.WehaveevaluatedtheeffectivenessofdopingandperformedelectrochemicalmeasurementsoftheORRactivityonthesehalogenatedgraphenematerials.OurresultssuggestthatthehighelectronegativityofthedopantisnotthekeyfactorforhighORRactivity;bothBr-andI-dopedgraphenepromotedORRmoreefficientlythanCl-dopedgraphene.Furthermore,anunexpectedsulfur-dopinginacidicconditionssuggeststhatahighlevelofsulfidecandegradetheORRactivityofthegraphenematerial. %K Halogen-doping %K Sulfur-doping %K Graphene %K Oxygenreductionreaction %K Electrocatalyst %U http://www.chxb.cn/CN/abstract/abstract21348.shtml
