%0 Journal Article %T 纳米贵金属插入的粘土用于催化选择性加氢反应 %J 催化学报 %P 1200-1208 %D 2010 %R 10.1016/S1872-2067(10)60112-X %X ?Theuseofclaymineralsinthesynthesisofnanosizednoblemetalparticlestogiveincreasedcatalyticactivitywasinvestigated.Nanosizedplatinumandrutheniumcatalystsintercalatedinclay(montmorillonite/hectorite)weresynthesisedandtheircatalyticactivitywasevaluatedfortheselectivehydrogenationofthreedifferentα,β-unsaturatedaldehydes,namely,crotonaldehyde,cinnamaldehyde,andcitral,inagasphasemicroreactor.Themetalnano-solwaspreparedbythechemicalreductionofitsprecursorbythemicellartechniqueinthepresenceofcetyltrimethylammoniumbromide(CTAB),andthemicellestabilizedmetalparticleswereintercalatedintheclaymineralbyionexchange.TEMmicrographsofthecatalystparticlesshowedthatthemetalparticleswereinthenanometrerange.Theaveragediametersoftheparticleswere1–25nm.Theeffectsoftemperature,metalloading,andhydrogenflowrateonthecatalyticactivityandselectivityforα,β-unsaturatedalcoholwerestudied.Theresultswerecorrelatedwiththestructuralpropertiesofthecatalysts.Theproductsformedineachreactionoverthedifferentcatalystsshowedthatthecatalystswereveryactiveforhydrogenation,andtheselectivityforthedesiredproduct,namely,α,β-unsaturatedalcohol,wasgood.Themetalcatalystsintercalatedinmontmorilloniteshowedbetterselectivitythanthatinhectoritebecauseofitshigheracidity.Increasedselectivityforα,β-unsaturatedalcoholwasobservedwithincreasedflowrateofhydrogen. %K selectivehydrogenation %K nano-particle %K platinum %K ruthenium %K intercalatedmontmorilloniteorhectorite %K vaporphasereaction %U http://www.chxb.cn/CN/abstract/abstract20224.shtml
