%0 Journal Article %T ConversionofMethanolUsingModifiedH-MORZeoliteCatalysts %J ´ß»¯Ñ§±¨ %P 412-417 %D 2011 %R 10.1016/S1872-2067(10)60187-8 %X £¿Theconversionofmethanolwascarriedoutovervariousmordenitezeolitecatalyststoevaluatetheircatalyticperformance.Apost-preparationtreatmentoftheH-MORcatalystbyhalogenationwithNH4ClorNH4FandbyhydrohalogenationwithHClorHFwascarriedoutanditseffectonmethanolconversionreactionsat100¨C300¡ãCinacontinuousflowreactorwasinvestigated.Theas-synthesizedH-mordenite(H-MOR)isgenerallymoreactiveduringdimethylether(DME)productionthantheNH4-MORandNa-MOR.FluorinatedtreatmentwithHForNH4FsignificantlyimprovedthecatalyticactivityduringmethanolconversionandtheformationofDMEincomparisontochlorinatedtreatmentswithHClorNH4Cl.ThisisprincipallyattributedtothehigherSi/Alratioandanincreaseinthenumberofacidsitesandtheirstrength.HalogenationtreatmentwiththeacidsofbothF¨CorCl¨CgavethehighestconversionactivityforDMEproductioncomparedtohalogenationtreatmentswiththesaltsofthesamehalogens.Zeolitedealuminationbytheacidswasmoreprofoundthanthatbythehalogenionsalts,whichresultedinadecreaseinthecrystallinityandcrystallitesizesofthezeolite. %K methanol %K conversion %K H-MOR %K halogenation %K hydrohalogenation %U http://www.chxb.cn/CN/abstract/abstract20327.shtml
