%X ？Theliftingtechniqueisnowthemostpopulartoolfordealingwithsampled-datacontrolsystems.However,fortherobuststabilityproblemthesystemnormisnotpreservedbytheliftingasexpected.Andtheresultisgenerallyconservativeunderthesmallgaincondition.Thereasonforthenormdifferencebytheliftingisthatthestatetransitionoperatorintheliftedsystemiszerointhiscase.Anewapproachtotherobuststabilityanalysisisproposed.Itistouseanequivalentdiscrete-timeuncertaintytoreplacethecontinuous-timeuncertainty.Thenthegeneraldiscretizedmethodcanbeusedfortherobuststabilityproblem,anditisnotconservative.Examplesaregiveninthepaper.
