%X ？TheliftingtechniqueisnowawellrecognizedtoolforH1designandanalysisofsampled-datasystems.However,theefficiencyofthemethoddependsonthestructureoftheproblem.ThestructureoftheH1sensitivityproblemisanalyzedinthispaper.AndtheconstraintsontheH1-optimizationproblemandonthedesignparametersinliftingdesignarealsodiscussed.Undersuchconstraintstheresultingperformancefromthedesignisgenerallylow.Therefore,theliftingtechniquecannotberecommendedasasynthesistoolforthesampled-datasystems.Anexampleisalsogiveninthepaper.
