%X ？Consistencyandtheweightsestimationmodeloftheintervalnumbercomparisonmatrix(INCM)intheanalyticalhierarchyprocessisstudiedunderuncertaintydecision-makingcase.Basedontheweightsfeasibleregion,thelocalconsistencydefinitionandthelocalsatisfactoryconsistencydefinitionaregiven.Then,acomputationalmodelsetuptotestwhethertheINCMhasthelocalsatisfactoryconsistencyornot.Moreover,theconsistencydegreebasedontherandomcrispcomparisonmatrixisdefinedasaneffectiveindextotesttheconsistency.Next,theupperrangemodel,thelowerrangemodel,andthepossiblevaluemodelareputforwardwhichcansolvetheproblemthatsomeexistingapproachesdonotconsidertheconsistencyanditseffectontheweights.Accordingtothepropertyofthesemodels,ageneticalgorithmisdeveloped.
