%X ？Thispaperinvestigatesthedesignofrobustguaranteedcostobserverforaclassoflineardescriptortime-delaysystemswithjumpingparameters.Thesystemunderstudyinvolvestimedelays,jumpingparametersanduncertainties.Thetransitionofthejumpingparametersinsystemsisgovernedbyafinite-stateMarkovprocess.Theobjectiveistodesignlinearmemorylessobserverssuchthatforalluncertainties,theresultingaugmentedsystemisregular,impulsefree,robuststochasticallystableindependentofdelaysandsatisfiestheproposedguaranteedcostperformance.Basedonstabilitytheoryinstochasticdifferentialequations,asufficientconditionontheexistenceofrobustguaranteedcostobserversisderived.Robustguaranteedcostobserversaredesignedintermsoflinearmatrixinequalities.AconvexoptimizationproblemwithLMIconstraintsisformulatedtodesignthesuboptimalguaranteedcostfilters.
