%X ？Thispaperpresentsanewmethodforthemodelingandcontroloftheoutputprobabilitydensityfunctions(PDFs)oflinearstochasticsystems.Atfirst,anewPDFapproximationmethod,namelytherationalsquare-rootB-splinemodelisproposedandtheinnovativeconceptofpseudoweightsisintroduced.ThenewmodelisthencomparedwiththeexistingB-splinemodelsintermsoffeasibledomains.Next,acontrollerisdevelopedtorealizetheoutputPDFtrackingperformance.AnalternativeminimalentropycontrolstrategyisalsoprovidedforthecasethatnotargetPDFisavailable.Finally,illustrativeexamplesindicatetheeffectivenessoftheproposedalgorithms.
