%X ？AniterativelearningcontrolalgorithmbasedonshiftedLegendreorthogonalpolynomialsisproposedtoaddresstheterminalcontrolproblemoflineartime-varyingsystems.First,themethodparameterizesalineartime-varyingsystembyusingshiftedLegendrepolynomialsapproximation.Then,anapproximatedmodelforthelineartime-varyingsystemisdeducedbyemployingtheorthogonalityrelationsandboundaryvaluesofshiftedLegendrepolynomials.Basedonthemodel,theshiftedLegendrepolynomialscoefficientsofcontrolfunctionareiterativelyadjustedbyanoptimaliterativelearninglawderived.Thealgorithmpresentedcanavoidsolvingthestatetransfermatrixoflineartime-varyingsystems.Simulationresultsillustratetheeffectivenessoftheproposedmethod.
