%X ？Inthispaper,weshallsummarizeanewapproachtorobustandfaulttolerantcontrolproposedrecentlybytheauthor.Thisapproachisbasedonavariationofallcontrollerparametrization.Thisrobustandfault-tolerantcontroldesignconsistsoftwoparts:anominalperformancecontrollerandarobustnesscontroller,andworksinsuchawaythatwhenacomponent(sensor,actuator,etc.)failureisdetected,thecontrollerstructureisreconfiguredbyaddingarobustnesslooptocompensatethefault.Weshallillustratehowthisstrategyworksundervarioussituations.
