%0 Journal Article %T 室温下Hg与镀银基板反应型润湿动力学研究<br>Research on dynamics of mercury reactive wetting on silvering substrate at room temperature %A 黄伟超 %A 朱定一 %J 福州大学学报(自然科学版) %D 2015 %R 10.7631/issn.1000-2243.2015.02.0255 %X 应用对比法分析Hg与镀银基板反应润湿实验,将四种常见动力学模型的理论计算值与实验结果进行比较,找到模型中与实验数据变化规律一致的部分,作为该阶段的控制因素,将两个不同阶段连接起来作为对反应润湿过程的整体描述. 结果表明: 接触角随时间的变化规律在0~150 s内与反应控制的近线性模型相符,在150~600 s内与扩散控制模型的规律相符,说明Hg与Ag的反应润湿控制机制由开始的化学反应控制逐渐向扩散控制转变. 高温润湿体系也可采用对比法,对分析焊接、电子器件封装、冶金反应等领域的反应润湿问题具有重要性.<br>This study present a analytical method which evaluates four of the well-known wetting dynamics models for their applicability to mercury wetting on silvering substrate in room temperature,find the same part between experimental data and theoretical calculating value,then confix two part to describe the whole process of reactive wetting. The result shows that the data of this reactive wetting experiment coincide the law of reaction control model in 0~150 s and the diffusion control model in 150~600 s,and the control mechanism of mercury wetting on silvering substrate will change from chemical reaction control to diffusion control.
