%0 Journal Article %T 基于指标满意度的充填配比正交优化试验<br>Orthogonal optimization test of backfill mix ratio based on index satisfaction %A 高 %A 峰 %A 王巧莉 %A 彭先艳 %A 艾凯明 %J 福州大学学报(自然科学版) %D 2015 %R 10.7631/issn.1000-2243.2015.03.0422 %X 建立基于指标满意度的多指标正交试验综合评价模型,选取质量浓度、灰砂比、粉煤灰掺量、减水剂掺量等4个因素,进行4因素3水平的正交试验,选取充填体28 d单轴抗压强度、28 d抗拉强度、塌落度、成本等4个指标进行基于指标满意度的多指标综合评价及敏感性分析. 试验结果表明: 质量浓度、灰砂比、粉煤灰掺量、减水剂掺量对充填体质量的敏感度分别为0.217、0.252、0.032和0.060,即灰砂比对充填体质量的影响最大;质量浓度对充填体质量有着明显的影响;粉煤灰掺量及减水剂掺量对充填体质量的影响相对较小.<br>Comprehensive evaluation modal of multi-index orthogonal test based on satisfaction indicators is established. Four factors(mass concentration,cement-sand ratio,fly ash dosage and superplasticizer dosage) and three levels were chosen to conduct the orthogonal test. The model of multi-index comprehensive evaluation and sensibility analysis was carried out with four indexes selected: 28 d uniaxial compressive strength,28 d tensile strength,collapsed slump and cost. Results show that the sensitivity of four factors are 0.217,0.252,0.032 and 0.060,respectively.
